If you've been a member of USA Hockey in the past, you're accustomed to receiving a member card in the mail. In an effort to reduce costs and save natural resources, member cards will no longer be mailed.

If you registered online, you can request a reprint of your confirmation number at any time. Go to usahockey.com and click on Register Online. On the welcome page, you'll find an icon in the upper left to "request an additional registration confirmation." Enter last name, date of birth and zip code to reprint the confirmation page or email it to the address you enter.
